Amount Ingredient
1 Egg
3 tbsp Melted Butter
2.35 dl Warm Milk
1 tspn Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Dry Yeast
390 g Flour

Directions

  1. Add eggs, butter, milk, salt, sugar and yeast together
  2. Let it sit for 5 min
  3. Slowly mixing add 300g flour
  4. Mix on middle speed and ad 90g flour
  5. Oil a bowl, add the dough and let it rise for about 90min (doubles in size)
  6. Punch down, make 12 balls about golfball size
  7. Let it sit for 1 hour
  8. Bake for 12-15min on 190°C
  9. After baking, brush with melted butter
